I have been trained in a wide range of modalities such as Person Centred, Psychodynamic psychotherapy, Transactional Analysis and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. This means that I can use elements of approaches that will best suit you as an individual rather than a strict structured approach to improve our mental health. Every body is different, and what suits one person may not suit another.
As human beings in the western world we tend to take care of our physical health more than our mental health, but the state of our mind is equally as important - if not more so. If we are not well in our minds, our body can begin to present with physical illnesses. Engaging in psychotherapy is the best way to take care of you.
Our sessions are not just for me to get to know you, but for you to really get in tune with your authentic self.
